My expectations from life were quite limited until I joined this business. On my road to ownership, I kept building my team and working with new people. In our business, success is not measured by the money we make — it is measured by how many people we have empowered. I have followed 7 principles picked from the best people in our company: do good to people, there's no substitute to hard work, don't limit yourself, believe in systems, blame yourself and appreciate others, network with the right people, and remember that knowledge is the true wealth.

After completing Electrical Engineering from Delhi, Mayank was placed at Lanco Infra in 2010 — but the 9-to-5 life never convinced him. 2011 became the turning point when he stepped out of his comfort zone, from an AC cabin to the hot June sun. A sportsman by nature, he found sales challenging and exciting. Against odds from society and family, Mayank started TRIFORCE INC. on 22nd August 2012. Since then the organisation has expanded organically to Vadodara, Surat, Ahmedabad, and Kanpur.

My journey began in Hotel Management — from Hyatt in 2017 as a server, through Subway and Cox & Kings. When the pandemic's second wave hit, financial strain forced a reset. That's when I found KOP. After 796 consecutive days on the field with no breaks, I understand that a day away equals ten steps away from ownership. Over the years, I shifted from chasing my own promotion to promoting others — and that shift transformed everything I understood about entrepreneurship.

Deepanjali began with a BSc and joined WIT Management as a quiet introvert. Inspired by the owner's leadership, she fully committed — taking on greater responsibilities, holding high sales standards, and consistently delivering outstanding results. Her dedication earned her a promotion recognising both loyalty and leadership potential. Her journey from introvert to confident leader is proof that determination and commitment to excellence can unlock remarkable, unexpected growth.
